Facilities

• Accommodation consists of a hunter’s house that can sleep 8 people; additional sleeping arrangements can be made for groups with more than 8 people.
• 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed.
• Bedrooms are equipped in full with blankets, pillows, and towels.
• Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and fridge.
• Fully equipped braai area.
• Fully equipped living area with DSTV, Wi-Fi, and bar.
• 1 Bathroom fully equipped.
• On the day of departure, hunter must leave at 11:00. We need to clean the rooms for the new group of hunters who will occupy their rooms at 14:00.

HUNTING RULES

1. A minimum of two hunters must book for a minimum of 2 days, except for day hunt.
2. The accommodation fee for the full period of your stay must be paid in advance.NO booking
   dates will be secured without payment.
3. Cancellations need to be done 30 days prior to booked dates for full payment, 15 days – 50%,
   7 days – 25% refund.
4. If you should make another booking for the period in question, payment would be transferred
   to new date.
5. All payments to be settled before departure by means of cash or instant EFT, no
   excuses.
6. The hunter pays the full booking fee regardless of the length of his stay.
7. Wounded animals will be paid for in full.
8. Any animal shot that is not on the list – R20 000 fine.
9. Our workers may receive tips, but under no circumstances are they to be bribed when an
   animal is wounded. Should an employee report this to us, your bribe will be doubled and you
   will be asked to leave the farm immediately and waive any refunds whatsoever.
10. No individual is allowed in the field unless accompanied by a guide.
11. The field guide will show the animals to the hunter, but it is the hunter’s discretion to pull the
    trigger.
12. Kids who hunt must be accompanied by a competent person or parent with the guide.
13. Vandalism will not be tolerated. The hunters will pay for any damages or loss of property.
14. Bravo Boerdery takes no responsibility for any illnesses, losses, accidents or any injuries
    during a hunting expedition.
15. Indemnity form must be completed in full when entering the farm.
16. The giving of alcohol to workers is forbidden.
17. Hunting times are from dusk to dawn only.
18. The farm manager retains the right to be in control of the hunting process to make sure
    everything goes according to plan. E.g. who is hunting where, who will use which hide and
    which guide to be used.
19. Target shooting must be done to the satisfaction of the farm manager before the camp is left
    for hunting.
20. No swimming in cement and galvanized iron dams. With permission of the farm manager
    swimming is allowed in earth dams at your own risk.
21. Please ensure that the main gate is closed and locked at all times.
22. Report immediately any damage, abnormalities or breakages to the farm manager.
23. Under no circumstances may anyone crawl through or climb over a fence. Only the main gate
    may be used.
24. Rifle & Bow hunting is allowed on the farm.
25. No ammunition is allowed in the magazine or in the barrel of the weapon in the camp.
26. Nobody is allowed to shoot near any buildings.
27. You need to have a valid weapon license.
28. Every shot that is fired must be reported to the farm manager.
29. No pets are allowed.
30. Only 3 arrows per hunter is allowed in the hide; the rest of the arrows must be left with the
    farm manager
