Terms and conditions

NEEN KENNIS VAN DIE VOLGENDE :

‘n Pryslys mag deur die jaar wissel agv beskikbare wild (wat afgehaal of bygevoeg word) of kwotas wat vir die jaar bereik word en dan slegs manlike of vroulik beskikbaar is

1. Arrival time from 14h00 and departure na later than 10h00 (exceptions only by pre-arrangement)
2. Minimum of 2 nights and no hunting on Sundays.
3. No pets are allowed on the farm.
4. Speed limit of 20 km/h on the farm at all times
5. Right of admission reserved with strictly no littering
6. Berchtesgaden Game Ranch or any staff member will not be held liable for any losses, damages, theft or injuries to any person.
7. You are requested to stop when animals are crossing the road and no hooting is allowed.
8. No motorcycles or quads are allowed on the farm, without prior authorization.
9. Guests need to report directly to camp on arrival.
10. An indemnity form will be signed by each person entering the farm
11. No hunters will be allowed to hunt before all necessary documentation is completed and the shooting range visited.
12. No alcohol is allowed when hunting has commenced for the day, until end of hunt.
13. Rifle hunters must ensure and understand that
    a. their rifles are accurately sighted before commencement of hunt,
    b. No hunting or shooting from a vehicle, at watering holes or near or towards the lodge and accommodation is allowed. Hunters will be transported (at a fee) / drive themselves, to a specific region from where it will be a walk and stalk hunt,
    c. That the safe handling of rifles is of utmost importance - all rifles will have an empty chamber and an open bolt on entering the camp.
    d. A round may only enter the chamber when game has been sighted and approach to shoot has commenced; then the rifle will be on safety as well.
14. Bow hunters must ensure and understand that
    a. their bows are accurately sighted before commencement of hunt,
    b. they remain stationary and quiet inside the blind and
    c. stay away from shooting area for at least 15 minutes after shot strike the animal, when shooting from a blind.
15. After 2 (two) successive missed shots the hunt will be stopped immediately, and the hunter must re-sight his bow or rifle at the shooting range.
16. All wounded animals are to be paid in full whether blood is found or not.
17. Only animals indicated on the pricelist can be hunted. A penalty of double the value of the game hunted will be invoiced.
18. A list of huntable species will be supplied before arrival. You are kindly requested to indicate in advance what you intend to hunt for sustainable management purposes.
19. Payment
    a. Account to be settled in full before leaving the premises – only EFT or cash
    b. Accommodation fee need to be paid in full but will be refunded if written cancelled at least 15 days before arrival
