Hunting Style

Bushveld terrain. The landscape features a mix of open grasslands and dense thickets of bushes and small trees, predominantly acacia and other indigenous species. The terrain is not flat with Rolling hills relatively Rocky outcrops. This type of environment is typical of the South African bushveld, which supports a diverse array of wildlife and vegetation adapted to the semi-arid climate. The area is well-suited for activities such as hunting, game viewing, and conservation efforts.

Terms and conditions

Cowley Wildlife Farm Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking and Reservations
   1.1. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price to secure your reservation.
   1.2. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
   1.3. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
   2.1. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.
   2.2. Cancellations made between 30-60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund, excluding the deposit.
   2.3. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
   2.4. In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the package will be charged.

3. Hunting Regulations
   3.1. All hunting activities must comply with South African hunting laws and regulations.
   3.2. Cowley Wildlife Farm reserves the right to refuse service to any individual found violating hunting regulations or engaging in unsafe or unethical hunting practices.

4. Liability
   4.1. Cowley Wildlife Farm is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during their stay.
   4.2. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are advised to take out adequate insurance coverage.
   4.3. Cowley Wildlife Farm is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Conduct and Safety
   5.1. Guests are required to adhere to all safety instructions provided by Cowley Wildlife Farm staff.
   5.2. Alcohol consumption is prohibited during hunting activities.
   5.3. Cowley Wildlife Farm reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises for inappropriate or unsafe behavior without refund.

6. Property and Equipment
   6.1. Guests are responsible for any damage to Cowley Wildlife Farm property or equipment.
   6.2. All equipment provided by Cowley Wildlife Farm must be returned in the same condition as it was issued.
   6.3. Any loss or damage to equipment will be charged to the guest’s account.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
   7.1. Cowley Wildlife Farm respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
   7.2. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and enhancing your experience.
   7.3. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

   8.1. Cowley Wildlife Farm reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   8.2. Guests will be notified of any changes that may affect their reservation.

9. Governing Law
   9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
   9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
